Ingredients

  • 2 lbsground beef
  • 1green pepper
  • 1onion
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspcumin
  • 1 tbsmince garlic
  • 3 tbschili powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 3 tspsalt
  • 1 tsppaprika
  • 2 cansdice tomatoes 15 oz
  • 2 cansred kidney beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown ground beef with green peppers and onions

  2. 2

    Drain

  3. 3

    Add seasoning, beans and dice tomatoes and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat

  4. 4

    When done, garnish with green onions and sour cream. Serve with oyster crackers
