Take a bowl and add besan and water..

And all ingredients and cheese added in this batter.

And make a no thick and thin batter.. keep it medium.. like pancakes.

And pour in pan and spread batter and saute with oil.

Till light brown and turn other side wait till it becomes light brown.. and garnish with cheese and corriender leaves..

And serve hot with garlic chutney..
