  • 1 cup/100 grmbesan ( gram flour)
  • 1tspajwain /carom seeds
  • 1-2 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 pinchasafoetida (hing)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tspoil
  • 1/2 cupoil as required while roasting
  • 2/3 to 2/4water
  • 50 grams /1/2 cuponion, finely chopped

    Besan mein aata mirch pyaj hara dhaniya mila lein ghee namak haldi dalkar milaye soda ko 1/2 cup pani mein ghol le aur usi pani se dough bana lein 1 hour rest ke liye rakh dein
