Wash bhindi and cut them in roundels.

Now heat a wok and add oil in it.

Once oil is heated add cumin seeds and asfoateida in it. When it crackles add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and coriander powder in it.

Now add bhindi and saute it.

When bhindi is half cooked add Onion in it and mix it well.

Add green chilli also

During entire process don't cover the wok.

When bhindi and Onion becomes soft switch off the flame and take it in a bowl.

Garnish with green coriander and your bhindi do pyaaza is ready to serve.
