Mix all the ingredients and make a batter of idli like consistency. Adjust with buttermilk or water if required.

In idli stand steam idlies for 10-12 minutes. Check if done. Cook for some more time if required.

Yummy healthy instant idlies must be ready by now. When done serve with coconut chutney.

Number of idlies depends upon size of idli maker.
