Ingredients

  • 250 gmBoneless chicken keema
  • 2Egg white
  • 1/8crushed black pepper
  • 1 tspsoya sauce
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil
  • For manchurian sauce
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 tspchopped ginger
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  • 2 tspchilli sauce
  • 1 tsptomatoe sauce
  • 1 tspvinager
  • 1 tspcornflour
  • 3/4 cupCapsicum cubes
  • 1Chopped spring onion
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a bowl take chicken keema add soya sauce, salt ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder and black pepper then add egg white and rice flour and mix it well and keep aside for1 hours

  2. 2

    Then take a pan add oil in it when oil get heated make manchurine balls of keema mixture and fry it till golden brown in colour then take it out and keep aside

  3. 3

    Then take a pan add oil when oil get heated add ginger and garlic when it becomes brown then add chopped onion and fry it for a while then add Capsicum cubes and again stire it until it get fried then add salt and black pepper then add sauces and vinager then add corn flour with little water to make thik gravy you can add water according to your need when it get bubbles then add keema manchurine balls and cook it well then ur chicken manchurine is ready to serve
