Yam potato curry
A simple vegetarian recipie
Steps

Heat oil and temper cumin seed and bay leaf

Add yam saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add Potatoes and saute well

Add cumin coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix
- 5
Add water and simmer till the Potatoes and yam get soft

Add tamarind pulp and sugar,boil well
- 7
Serve it with rice
