Wash dal and put in cooker let it whistle 8 times....Now put jaggery in kadhayi and let it melt...Now add cooked dal and mash it with masher...And add elaichi powder.....knead a soft dough by adding flour ajwain and salt....Add mixture in dough and roll puran...heat the non stick pan cook puran poli by applying ghee.....serve hot by applying ghee on it.
