It's purely my innovation. It's for those people who don't eat paneer or don't like paneer or nonveg. It's very easy to prepare and tastes awesome. You can serve it as a starter or for snacks.
Steps

Mix all the ingredients under besan cubes and add 1-1/2cup of water. Stir well and make a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a nonstick kadhai and pour the batter.

Stir continuously till it becomes a thick dough like texture.

Switch off.

Grease a flat container and spread the dough evenly.

Keep for 15-20mins.

Cut into cubes and lightly fry.

Take out.

Mix garlic mince and tandoori powder in a small bowl.

Slit the besan cubes in the middle without cutting thoroughly.

Put the garlic mixture.

Repeat for all the cubes.

Mix all the ingredients under marination.

Marinate the stuffed besan cubes for 3-4mins.

Bake in a preheated oven for 6-8mins at 180 C.

Serve hot with any chutney or sauce or salad of your choice.
