Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 gramspaneer cut into cubes
  • 3potatoes cut into cubes
  • 2onion chopped
  • 2tomato chopped
  • 150 gramsboiled green peas
  • 5Green chillies chopped
  • 2 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 2 tablespoonmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan with mustard oil. Add chopped onion and tomato and fry till it become soft. Add potato cubes and cover the pan till potato cubes become soft.

  2. 2

    Add all masala except garam masala and saute tiill the raw aroma disappears.

  3. 3

    Add boiled peas and paneer and fry. Add hot water and cook for 5 mins. Add coriander leaves. Alu matar paneer is ready to be served
