Steps

Take Boiled and mashed potatoes, salt, chopped green chilli, dry mango powder, chopped veggies like chopped onion, peas, carrot etc.

Add roasted gram flour.

Mix well.

Give the shape of roll and shallow fry on medium heat.

Place chapatti spread ketchup and green chutteny.

Place salad like onion, cabbage, cucumber, then keep fried roll on it.

Roll the chapatti and roast on griddle from both sides.

Cut into pieces and serve.
