Ingredients

  • 2 bowlmota besan
  • 3/4 cupCastor sugar
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 5-6Pistachio chopped
  • 6-7Cashew chopped
  • as needed melon seeds
  • as neededAlmonds for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast Besan in heavy bottom pan on low flame.

  2. 2

    Melt ghee in another pan.

  3. 3

    When besan roasts, add ghee to it.

  4. 4

    Switch off the gas and mix remaining ingredients.

  5. 5

    When it gets little cool, make laddoos.

  6. 6

    Garnish with almonds.
