In a kadai add ghee and gram flour. Stir fry over medium heat.

Roast the gram flour till light golden brown colour.

The besan would start to give nice nutty fragrance and will start releasing ghee.

Now sprinkle 1 tbsp water and mix well.

Foam and granules will start forming in the besan and it will make the laddus delicious.

Add chopped almonds cashews and pistachios and mix well. Switch off the flame.

Remove besan in a plate, leave the mixture to cool completely.

If it does not cool entirely,it becomes moist when sugar is added.

Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

Now add bura and mix well by rubbing it with your open palm.

Now make laddoos and stored in air tight container.
