Ingredients

6-8 people
  1. 500 gground beef 🥩
  2. 500 gground pork
  3. 1/2finely chopped onion
  4. 2 clovesgarlic finely chopped
  5. 5-10mint leafs finely chopped
  6. 1/4 cupbread crumbs
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1/4 cuphard feta shredded
  9. Salt to your preference
  10. Black pepper to your preference
  11. 1/2 tsporegano

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together but make sure you do not over mix because the burgers will shrink

    Now make small balls about 6oz and press them to make the patties

    Now you can fire 🔥 up the bbq and cook them at medium heat
