A crispy and flavourful alternative to the healthy household khichdi
Steps

Place the khichdi in a mixing bowl and add the flours to it

Follow it up by adding cumin seeds, coriander leaves and ginger/ garlic paste

Mix well and make large lemon sized balls of the mixture(the flours added will help binding)

Cover them and let rest for 15 minutes

Heat oil for deep frying and fry each khichdi ball till brown and crisp
- 6
Rest the fried fritters on an absorbent paper for sometime
- 7
Serve hot garnished with rick salt, sliced onion and lemon, accompanied by ketchup/chutnies
