Heat oil in a pan.

Take all ingredients given for frying in a bowl,add in water and make it to slightly thin batter. Dip the paneer in the batter and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate.Mix all the sauces in a bowl and set aside.

Now the remaining oil or 1 tblspn oil add in ginger, garlic and chillies saute for a min.

Add in salt, sugar, chilli powder and sauce mix well.

Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add in the fried paneer and toss.

Add in the spring onion and coriander leaves mix well.

Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.

Now cheese chilli is ready to serve.
