Ingredients

  1. 200 gmPaneer
  2. 2Onion peeled and cubed
  3. 2Capsicum
  4. 6 clovesGarlic finely chopped
  5. 1 inchGinger finely chopped
  6. 3-4Green chilli cut in diagnols
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 2 tspTomato ketchup
  9. 1 tspRed chilli sauce
  10. 1 tspGreen chilli sauce
  11. 2 tspSoy sauce
  12. 1 tspVinegar
  13. 1 tspChilli powder
  14. 4-5Spring onion finely chopped
  15. as neededCoriander leaves
  16. for frying
  17. as neededoil
  18. 3 tspfine flour
  19. 6 tspcorn flour
  20. 1/2 tspsugar
  21. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  22. 1 tsporigano

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Take all ingredients given for frying in a bowl,add in water and make it to slightly thin batter. Dip the paneer in the batter and fry till golden. Remove it to a plate.Mix all the sauces in a bowl and set aside.

    Now the remaining oil or 1 tblspn oil add in ginger, garlic and chillies saute for a min.

  4. 4

    Add in salt, sugar, chilli powder and sauce mix well.

  5. 5

    Cook for a couple of minutes.

  6. 6

    Add in the fried paneer and toss.

  7. 7

    Add in the spring onion and coriander leaves mix well.

  8. 8

    Garnish with cheese and coriander leaves.

  9. 9

    Now cheese chilli is ready to serve.
