Cooking Instructions

Melt the butter over low heat to prevent burning, add the onion and garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes. Then add the corn, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes. At this point, add the chopped tomato.

Add the water. When it starts to boil, the corn will release a type of husk, which you can remove with a spoon. Add the bouillon cube, the tablespoon of puree, salt, pepper, and the cream. Cover and let the corn become tender. Note: Keep in mind that the bouillon is salty, as is the cheese.

Finally, add the previously roasted and cleaned chile, a small sprig of cilantro, and the cheese just a few minutes before serving.
