1. Grind the leftover rotis.

2. Add sooji or boiled potato- whatever you are using.

3. Mix in sour curd, salt and heeng and let it rest for a while. If needed, add water.

4. Add eno, mix it well and fry wadas.

5. Put the fried wadas in water for a few minutes and then squeeze the water out.

6. Serve with sweet curd, and chutneys and garnish as desired.
