Ingredients

  • Ingredients:
  • as neededLeftover rotis
  • 2 Boiled potato or 1/2 cup sooji
  • To tasteSalt
  • pinchAsafetida (heeng)
  • 1 tspEno
  • as needed Sour curd
  • to tasteGreen chutney
  • To tasteSweet chutney
  • as neededFresh curd
  • 1 tspGinger-garlic-chilies paste

Steps

  1. 1

    1. Grind the leftover rotis.

  2. 2

    2. Add sooji or boiled potato- whatever you are using.

  3. 3

    3. Mix in sour curd, salt and heeng and let it rest for a while. If needed, add water.

    4. Add eno, mix it well and fry wadas.

    5. Put the fried wadas in water for a few minutes and then squeeze the water out.

    6. Serve with sweet curd, and chutneys and garnish as desired.
