Soak Chane overnight or minimum 8 hours.

Heat oil in a cooker add onion paste and saute till change in brown colour.

Add cardamom, dalchini and cloves with onion paste and saute it.

Add tomato puree and salt,saute till leave the oil.

Now add red chilli powder, Chana masala, anar Dana powder, coriander powder and saute till leave the oil.

Add soaked Chane.

Add 1 bowl water in a pan and boiled add chai Patti and take a boil.

Strain and add this water in Chane and baking soda.

Now cover the lid,take 7-8 whistles.

Remove the lid mix it well and serve with laccha paratha.
