Grease thali and take veg upma and spread it.

By pressing little set it evenly.

Cover and leave it for 10-15 mins.

Now cut these into ur desired shape.

Now heat oil put rai and curry leaves.

Put squared dhokla cubes and fry on low to medium flame on both sides till crisp and brown.

Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.

Delicious dhoklas from leftover upma is ready to eat.
