I took one cup of soaked poha and half cup of roasted semolina..In a nonstick pan add two tablespoons of ghee and add soaked poha and semolina and roast it till it leaves a nice fragrance

Now add one of boiled and room temperature milk along with saffron soaked in milk to the above mixture

Let it cook but keep stirring constantly..Now add four tablespoons of sugar and cardamom powder and the dryfruits and keep stirring again till a ball lke consistency is formed

You will know if the mixture is ready by inserting a spoon and if it doesn't fall means it ready for barfi

Take a greased plate and spread the mixture on it. Cut in desired shape and garnish with pistachios and cashew nuts

So From leftover poha I made poha barfi
