Steps

Rinse the beans sprouts in water,drain the water add in cooker add turmeric,salt and water and take 2-3 whistles.

Heat a non stick pan add chopped onion and saute it add ginger garlic paste and green chilli,saute.

Add spices and saute it,mix well add tamarind pulp and little water and bring to boil.

Now add sprout to tamarind mixture.

Stir and add some water if required.

Cook on low flame,transfer into a serving bowl add finely chopped

Onion,green coriander,sev/bhujiya.

Serve with pav
