Steps

Heat the Oil in a pan.

Once heated add Chopped Garlic,Chopped ginger,Chopped spring onion,finely chopped carrot and mix everything by tossing and cook for some time.

Now add Chopped Cabbage,Chopped capsicum and toss and cook in a high flame.

Once it is cooked and is crispy,add Chilli Sauce,Schezwan Sauce,Chopped Green Chillies,Soya Sauce and then add the rice and toss it well to mix it.

Mix it properly and avoid breaking the rice.Alter as per taste

Now it's ready.

Garnish with Chopped Spring Onions.
