Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupleftover bread crumbs
  2. 2 tsp ghee
  3. 1 cupleftover sugar syrup of gulab jamun/mallika kl chasni
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 2 tbspchopped mixed nuts
  6. 4cardamoms (elaichi) crushed

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat ghee in non stick pan, add the bread crumbs.

  2. 2

    And saute on a medium flame for 2to3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the milk and sugar syrep and mix well.

  4. 4

    Sweetness you can according your taste.

  5. 5

    Simmer continuously till the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.

  6. 6

    Add the cardamom powder and mix well.

  7. 7

    Pour into a serving bowl and garnish with nuts.

  8. 8

    Serve hot.
