Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kggreen chillies
  2. 1/4beetroot
  3. 1medium onion
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 1green hoho
  6. 4 clovesgarlic
  7. 1 pcginger
  8. 2 tablespoonlemon zest
  9. 3 tablespoonlemon juice
  10. 2 teaspoonswhite vinegar
  11. 2 tablespoonoil
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Spices of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients except for oil, salt and spices in a blender... And blend to a puree

  2. 2

    In a hot pan pour oil... Let it sizzle then add the chilli puree...

  3. 3

    Add the salt and spices.... And let it simmer under medium heat for about 5min...till it cooks

  4. 4

    Enjoy and serve with preferred dish
