In a bowl add maida, salt and oil. Mix well and knead a soft dough. Keep aside for 20 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in non stick pan, saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds.

Add grated cabbage, chopped capsicum and chopped carrot. Saute for 1 minute.

Add all sauces, black pepper powder, ajinomotto and salt.

Mix well and switch off the flame. Let the mixture cool completely.

Now punch dough for few seconds.Take small portion from dough and make small puri.

Fill the 2 tsp stuffing and give momo shape.

Take large kadai or wok add 1/4 cup water, arrange 7- 8 momos, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes.

Now open the lid add 2 tbsp oil and again cover with lid and cook till 15 minutes with flipping in between.

When done serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
