Ingredients

  1. Bacon shoulder
  2. 1Chicken breast
  3. Lemon
  4. Rosemary
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. to tasteBlack pepper
  7. Any type of spinach

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put olive oil in a pan then add the spinach and stir until cooked. Do not overcook. Season with salt and pepper

  2. 2

    Cut chicken breast in the center, stuff spinach then wrap the chicken breast with bacon

  3. 3

    Mix a bit of olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, salt then braise the breast

  4. 4

    Put breast onto a cooking foil and pop inside the oven an 120 degrees C

  5. 5

    In 30 minutes the breast will be ready
