To make falooda ice cream, soak sabja seeds in water.
Keep them aside for half an hour. They will turn into translucent pearls. - 2
Wash,peel and chop all fruits.

Boil vermicelli,drain and dip in milk for about half an hour.

Prepare mango ice cream by mixing and blending condensed milk,heavy whipped cream.Then Add sugar and mango pulp and Keep in freezer proof container with lid.Allow to half freeze then again mix and keep in freezer until properly freeze.

In the same way Prepare litchi ice cream by blending litchi pulp,then adding whipped cream,condensed milk.

Jamun Ice Cream is also prepared in the same procedure.

Now to make a serving of royal falooda, take a tall glass. Firstly, pour rose syrup into the glasses, 2 tbsp or to taste.
Then top it with 2 tbsp soaked sabja seeds. Add more if you wish.Keep for freezing to set. - 8
Add some vermicelli in khus syrup.Now bring out the glasses from freezer and put vermicelli,Keep in freezer for setting.

Now add mango ice cream,chopped mango slices.

Then add litchi ice cream,some chopped fruits and pomegranate seeds.Keep in freezer.Add mango slices and watermelon slices,serve immediately.
