Here i want to say that we never disclose that the dish is made of leftover material or product.. It's chef's (house wife's) hidden tecnique and't to throw or waste the product instead consume in a very delightful manner

Here i want to say that we never disclose that the dish is made of leftover material or product.. It's chef's (house wife's) hidden tecnique and't to throw or waste the product instead consume in a very delightful manner

First of all cut the edges of leftover bread

Make caramel sugar syrup by adding 2tsp of sugar, 1/2tsp of vanilla essence and 1/4tsp of coffee powder

For praline put 4tsp of sugar and caramel in a non stick pan at low to medium heat then add a spoon of butter and few drops of vanilla essence and toasted &crushed nuts of your choice.. Grease a steel plate and spread the mixture and let it cool down.. Scrap the pieces of praline from plate

Big pieces of praline keep aside for decoration and rest of crush and make butter scotch caramel crush

Whipp the cream by adding castor sugar, vanilla essence and 2tsp of black berry jam (for a beautiful purple colour) till stiff peaks r formed

Moist the bread slice with caramel sugar syrup and spread whipped cream and butter scoth caramel crush and again whipped cream over it then place another piece on the first one.. Repeat the same process till all the four pieces set on one another

On top spread whipped cream,then make a verticle line of black berry jam in the center of the slice.. Spread few pomgranate beads on the both sides of black berry jam line and place two pieces of butterscotch praline or a chocolate leaf or as u like

Cut in the center straight to make two pastries

Keep in fridge for half an hour to set the layers of pastry

Serve chilled

📝 :- don't take it as a normal pastry 🍰 as observe..Notice the qualities hidden in it
