Wheat flour shira(halwa)

Steps

Take a ghee in a pan and heat it. Melt the ghee completely.

Add wheat flour and roast it on low flame till flour becomes golden in colour.

Add the milk in a pan carefully Mix it well. There should not be single lump in sheera or halwa. Cover it for 2 min.

Then add grated jaggery to this mixture and mix it properly. Stir it continuously till the jaggery completely melt in it. It will become very smooth texture again cover it for 2 to 3 mins.

Remove it from flame. Add cardamom powder and dry fruits (chopped).

Delicious wheat flour sheera or halwa is ready to it
