Steps

Heat oil in a saucepan and add onion and saute it for one minute.
Add chopped vegetables one by one. - 2
Add chilli sauce, Soya sauce, and mix it well with vegetables.
Add water or chicken broth and allow it to boil for 6-7 minutes. - 3
Now add cornstarch mixed with 1/2 cup of water.
Allow it to thicken and boil. - 4
Whip eggs add salt and whip it.
Now drop these eggs with the help of spoon into the boiling soup and cook for another 2 -3 minutes. - 5
Serve it hot and top it with chopped green onions/ Fresh Coriander Leaves.
