Mango flavoured Panipuri.
Steps

Boil potatoes & chick peas.

Make tamarind water mixing with raw mango paste, tamarind pulp, salt, sugar,red chilli powder,cumin powder black salt & enough chilled water.

Now mix chickpeas with mashed boiled potatoes, salt, red chilli powder, chopped green chilli & coriander leaves.Filling is ready.

Now just break the top of the pani puris, fill with potato mixture, dip in panipuri water & serve.
