Steps

Roast dry peanuts, green peas,puffed rice.

Green peas will be soaked, then dried,then roasted.

Roasted all things separately.

In a heat pan put 1 tsp desi ghee add cumin crackle it,

Add green chilli,ginger whole red chilli,curry leaves,

Add all roasted things & roast it again 5 minutes.

Sprinkle salt,black & white both.

Now a healthy snacks is ready to eat.

It can be used any time.
