I made Avocado Toast this morning for breakfast. It's my husband's favorite. I never measured the ingredients, was going to do it this morning, but I was in rush. Next time when I make this again I will try to measure everything and edit this recipe.

Ingredients

Sandwich bread (white/whole wheat)
Cherry tomato, halved
Cucumber, seeded and diced
Cooked shrimp, cut a bite size
Red onion
For Guacamole :
Avocado
Onion, diced
Tomato, diced
Garlic, minced
Cayanne pepper
Cumin
Salt
Black pepper
Lime juice
Cilantro, chopped
For Salad Dressing :
Red wine vinegar
Honey
Dijon mustard
Salt
Black pepper

Steps

For guacamole : mix all the ingredients and mash it up.

For salad dressing : mix all the ingredients. Pour over the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shrimp and red onion. Stir it until well combined.

Toast the bread. Spread the guacamole. Top with the salad.
