Ingredients

  • 1 poundgold potatoes peeled, diced, and boiled
  • 1 cuppopcorn shrimp cooked and peeled
  • 1/2 cupsliced green olives with pimentos
  • 1small onion diced finely
  • 1/2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  • To tastesalt
  • 2 tablespoonssweet pickle relish
  • 2/3 cupmayonnaise more or less she did very wet
  • 2large boiled eggs chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the potatoes. Let them cool.

  2. 2

    Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Salt the potatoes to taste then add to the shrimp mixture.

    Chill and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
