2Potato
1 tspCumin
6-7Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tsphaldi
Pinchcoriander powder and garam masala
2 tspOil
6methi dana
7Garlic cloves
5green chilli slice

First off all wash potato and cut into small size.

Heat oil in pan or kadhai add cumjn methi dana and curry leaves.

Add potato fry it 5 min. Then add all masalas and green cgilli also. Fry it very well cook without use of lid.
