Veal Cutlets with Basil
Veal is low Glycal, like all meat, but it is often dredged in flour, which changes it to a high Glycal food. Serve with steamed green vegetables (e.g. Spinach or Swiss chard goes well) and a salad and you will have a satisfying low-glycal meal.
