Ingredients

30 mins
  • 1 lb.Ground Beef
  • 1medium onion, chopped
  • 1 packagemild Taco seasoning
  • 1 can (16 oz)corn (undrained)
  • 1 can (16 oz)black beans, drained (rinse optional)
  • 1 can (14 oz)stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can (14 oz)diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz)tomato sauce
  • 1 can (4 oz)diced green chilis
  • Tortilla chips
  • Taco toppings (cheese, sour cream, cilantro, etc.)

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Brown meat and onion, then drain.

  2. 2

    Stir in Taco seasoning, corn, beans, tomato sauce, tomatoes, and chilis.

  3. 3

    Simmer on low heat for 20-30 mintues.

  4. 4

    Serve with tortilla chips and your taco toppings.
