Take a pan heat the oil and add Mustard seeds after that add potatoes and onion sute it.

Add turmeric powder, salt,red chilli powder and all regular spices mix it well.

Now wash the Poha and add it in a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve it with ketchup.
