Ingredients

  1. 500 gmladyfingers
  2. 1big Onion
  3. 1big spoon mustard oil
  4. 1/2 spooncelery (ajwain)
  5. 1 pinchAsafetida (hing)
  6. 1/4 spoonred chilli powder
  7. 1/2 spoonturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 spoongaram masala
  10. 1little sabji masala
  11. 1little mangopowder (amchoor)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash & cut lady fingers.... Cut onion roughly

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a kadahi...Add ajwain, hing and onion....

  3. 3

    When onion turns red add turmeric and red chilli powder... Now add ladyfingers and salt... Mix it well... Now cover it with a lid..And keep it on low flame...

  4. 4

    After 5 minutes open the lid.... Mix again...Add amchoor and garam masala...And cover again...

  5. 5

    After few time open,mix and check...Now add some sabji masala (not compulsory)..... If ladyfingers cooked well....Off the flame...

  6. 6

    Tasty ladyfingers are ready to serve.....😋
