Wash & cut lady fingers.... Cut onion roughly

Heat oil in a kadahi...Add ajwain, hing and onion....

When onion turns red add turmeric and red chilli powder... Now add ladyfingers and salt... Mix it well... Now cover it with a lid..And keep it on low flame...

After 5 minutes open the lid.... Mix again...Add amchoor and garam masala...And cover again...

After few time open,mix and check...Now add some sabji masala (not compulsory)..... If ladyfingers cooked well....Off the flame...

Tasty ladyfingers are ready to serve.....😋
