Ingredients

  • 100 gmseviya
  • 1/2 ltrmilk
  • Sugar (according to taste)
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 2-3 tbspChopped nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan and roast sevia with out oil..

  2. 2

    Boil milk in another pan and add roasted sevia and cardamom powder then keep the flame low.

  3. 3

    Allow the sevia to cook

  4. 4

    Now add sugar (according to taste)and chopped nuts

  5. 5

    Now our sevia is ready to eat..

  6. 6

    Serve hot or cold..The choice is yours!!
