Dudhi Halwa

First Boiled the milk.(Milk should be used at room temperature or chilled).

Take a pan add ghee inside and heat it after then add all dry fruits accept pistachos soute them some times once raisins start swelling then turn off the gas and keep the dry fruits aside.

Take a Kadhai add Ghee inside heat it add Grated dudhi(without seeds). Saute them 3 - 4 minuts.

Add milk mix well it properly. And let the milk boiled with grated dudhi.

When the ingredient mixture become dry, Add Mawa or Khoya mix well it properly.

Now add sugar. when sugar is completely melt into the ingridient then Halwa become little liquidy Let it cook by occasionally cook until it's become dry.

Now add cardamom powder stir continuously.

Mix it until ghee start coming out of the Halwa.

After that add all roasted dry fruits into this mix them well.

Now dudhi's Halwa ready for garnish. Now garnish with roasted dry fruits.

Finally Garnished Dudhi's Halwa ready for serve.
