Slit the brinjal and potatoes from centre half,

Make a mixture using turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder, salt, garam masala, white til, red chilli powder, grated coconut, along with a paste made using ginger garlic, green chillies and groundnuts. Add oil to this mixture

Heat oil, add cloves, black pepper, kashmiri red chilli and curry leaves

Add grated onions

Stuff the veggies and put them in the kadai and mix well. Once almost cooled add the kokum water.

Ready to eat. Serve in plate garnishing coriander leaves
