Ingredients

3 piecesilisi fish
to tastesalt
2 tbspmustard oil
2 tbspmustard paste
2 tbspcurd
1 tspturmeric powder
to tastered chilli as
1 tbsppoppy seed paste
1/2 tspsugar
2green chilli slit
leavescuery

Steps

Wash fish then marinate with mustard oil and turmeric powder

Keep aside for 10 minutes

Mix all spices in a micro safe bowl...like curd muturd paste poppy paste red chilli sugar salt

Now pour this mixture on ilisi fish and give a nice steam cooking in microwave for 5 minutes
