Ingredients

  1. 3 piecesilisi fish
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 2 tbspmustard oil
  4. 2 tbspmustard paste
  5. 2 tbspcurd
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. to tastered chilli as
  8. 1 tbsppoppy seed paste
  9. 1/2 tspsugar
  10. 2green chilli slit
  11. leavescuery

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish then marinate with mustard oil and turmeric powder

  2. 2

    Keep aside for 10 minutes

  3. 3

    Mix all spices in a micro safe bowl...like curd muturd paste poppy paste red chilli sugar salt

  4. 4

    Now pour this mixture on ilisi fish and give a nice steam cooking in microwave for 5 minutes
