Ingredients

  1. 2small stem chopped
  2. 1/2radish chopped
  3. 1 tspnigella seed
  4. 3-4green chillies slitted
  5. 1/3 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil
  8. 2 tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the banana stem and radish

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper nigella seed and green chillies

  3. 3

    Add steamed veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add sugar as it becomes dry

  5. 5

    Add chopped coriander leaves and serve
