In a non stick sauce pan, combine strawberries, 2 tablespoon sugar, cornflour and lemon juice and sauté in Low heat

After about 2 minutes add 1 tablespoon ghee and continue to sauté till the strawberries soften and sugar is completely dissolved

Once the strawberries turn gooey/sticky, turn off heat.

Transfer the strawberries paste on a plate and let cool for a while

Add another tablespoon of ghee in the pan

Add the dessicated coconut and milk

Add 2 tablespoon sugar, milk powder and ground almonds

Sauté on Low heat until well combined

Add the strawberry pulp/mix now

Continue to cook until well combined and then take off heat

While still warm, form pedas or barfis of your choice

Garnish with sliced pistachios/silver vark
