OnCombine water and yeast and let the yeast form

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a bowl

Once the yeast has started to form, make a circular space in the middle of the flour mix and add the water and yeast mixture

Slowly bring in the flour to mix

Knead the dough until it forms a not so sticky ball

Grease a bowl with oil and place the dough in it

Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and leave in a dry warm place for the dough to rise

This will take more than 2 hours. Make sure the temperature is warm enough for the dough to rise.

Once risen to at least double in size, take the dough and flatten to make the pizza base. You can place any remaining dough in plastic wrap and freeze up to 2 months
