Cooking Instructions

Wash the green Moong dal,udad dal and Moong dal and methi seeds clean water and soak it overnight

Now grind the above dals with ginger.green chilles,coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,sesame seeds,curry leaves salt and lots of corinder leaves to a smooth paste

Heat a nonstick tawa and spread the mixture and make dosa or uttapam by adding onions tomatoes green chilles
- 4
And serve hot with green chutney or sauce
- 5
Healthy green Moong dosa or pancake ready to eat
