Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgreen Moong
  2. 2 tablespoonsurad dal
  3. 2 tablespoonsyellow moong dal
  4. 1 tablespoonmethi seeds
  5. 1 tablespoonsesame seeds
  6. 3-4Curry leaves
  7. 1 pieceginger
  8. 3green chilles
  9. 1 tablespooncorinder powder
  10. 1 teaspooncumin seeds powder
  11. leavesCorinder
  12. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash the green Moong dal,udad dal and Moong dal and methi seeds clean water and soak it overnight

  2. 2

    Now grind the above dals with ginger.green chilles,coriander powder,cumin seeds powder,sesame seeds,curry leaves salt and lots of corinder leaves to a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Heat a nonstick tawa and spread the mixture and make dosa or uttapam by adding onions tomatoes green chilles

  4. 4

    And serve hot with green chutney or sauce

    Healthy green Moong dosa or pancake ready to eat
