Weigh all the ingredients appropriately

Sieve the flour.dissolve the yeast in half of the warm water.add the sugar and salt into the flour

Make a well at the centre and pour the dissolved yeast.cover with a kitchen cloth to prove and place on boiling water with a lid.

Leave it for 5 minutes until the yeast prove(it produce bubbles)

Knead while adding warm water water until its well mixed.cover with a kitchen cloth and prove it on the boiling water until it double in size

Roll out the dough and scatter the sugar generously, add the cinnamon powder and roll it

Cut into appropriate rolls and arrange them in a baking tray..egg wash then and bake at 200°© for 15 minutes

Brush with butter for the good appearance and garnish with icing sugar
